My professional history in photography goes back about 35 years when I began my career working in a photo lab in Mobile, Alabama. I began retouching, or "spotting" and airbrushing photographs in the lab working with portraits from professionals, both in studio and wedding photographers from across the country.

After seven years, started working with a national photographic company, where I traveled and studied studio posing, lighting technique, and had the opportunity to work with many subjects and personalities of all ages and backgrounds.  After being awarded best photographer 5 years in a row, I began teaching for that same company, and developing other photographers talents.  I continued to develop my own talent as a restoration and print enhancement artist working with independent photographers  retouching senior portraits and restoring old photographs in my spare time. While I continue to work for "The Nations Studio", I offer a service that is not available within that establishment, Location Photography.
With the dramatic changes in the industry,  I continue to this day to learn and develope my talents.
